At Cape Cod Rheumatology & Infusions we provide comprehensive, patient-centered, rheumatology care all in one place, guiding you on the path to renewed health.
Dr. Brown is thorough in his diagnostic process and knowledgeable about the various treatment options available to his patients, including medications, joint injections and IV infusion therapy.
We are dedicated to providing our patients with the best individualized care possible. Our goal is to find the right treatment for each patient. This begins with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. At your consultation, we will listen to you, perform a physical exam, review prior medical records, and order new tests if this is required. If you have a rheumatological condition, we will manage it with you using shared decision making. We work with your primary care physician, other specialists, and ancillary services such as physical therapy to make sure everyone is participating in your care. Please contact us to schedule your consultation. We look forward to meeting you and to guiding you on the path to renewed health.
Infusion therapy treats a wide range of autoimmune diseases by providing the patient with medication administered intravenously. An experienced infusion nurse will administer the medication while you will relax in a comfortable chair for the duration of the treatment in our ensuite infusion center with Dr. Brown and your care team on-site.
If your care team has determined that an infusion is an appropriate treatment for you, our staff will work with your insurance to verify eligibility and obtain any required authorizations through your insurance provider before you are scheduled for your infusion therapy.
